Preparation
- Wash the cucumber, peel it, keeping every other strip.
- Slice it lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon and dice the flesh.
- Remove the leaves, bark and eyes from the pineapple.
- Cut it into cubes. Chop the pepper (without its seeds).
- Mix everything in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice
- and 2 tsp. to s. olive oil, salt and pepper. Book.
- Slightly score the back of the shrimp.
- Thread them by five on wooden sticks, alternating with pieces of pepper.
- Sprinkle them with 2 tbsp. to s. olive oil, sprinkle with 5 spice mixture and grill for a few minutes on the grill.
- Serve with pineapple salsa and a mixed green salad.
