Preparation
- Combine the flour, salt and guar gum in a bowl.
- Incorporate the egg and the oil, working the dough with a fork and then by hand, until a smooth ball is obtained.
- Add a few spoonfuls of water if necessary.
- Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of cling film.
- Oil a pie mold, flour it and garnish it with pie crust, using cling film.
- Prick with a fork.
- In express mode, we use a store-bought gluten-free pie dough (fresh or frozen section).
- Beat the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper and chopped dill. Cut the salmon into strips.
- Slice the new onion, keeping some of the green.
- Cut the feta in cubes and the cherry tomatoes in 2.
- Cook the spinach in a pan, with a drizzle of olive oil, so as to make them “fall”.
- Distribute everything on the pastry base, pour in the egg cream and bake at 200 ° C (th. 6-7) for 35 min.
Gluten-free pie pies are more crumbly than those made from wheat flour. To add binder to a homemade paste, you can incorporate a little guar gum (you can find it on the Internet)
