Preparation
- Reserve 12 blackberries and mash the rest of the berries with a fork with the sugar. Coarsely crumble the amaretti.
- Mix the ricotta with the zest of half a lemon and honey.
- Arrange the verrines by alternating layers of amaretti, ricotta and mashed blackberries.
- Finish with a layer of ricotta and garnish with the reserved blackberries.
