This potato, vegetable, meat dish is very simple to make. The red onion sauce makes it complete.

2 tablespoons liquid margarine

400 grams string beans

½ tablespoon tomato paste
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in a little water for about 20 minutes.
- Peel the onions and cut them small.
- Fry the onions in 1 tablespoon of margarine over a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chops with pepper.
- Bake the meat in the rest of the margarine for 15 minutes until tender and brown.
- Clean the string beans and cut them into diamonds.
- Boil the string beans in a pan of water for 10 minutes.
- Fry the tomato puree briefly with the onions.
- Add 100 ml of water and heat the sauce through.
- Place the chops in the sauce and serve with the potatoes and string beans.
