Two sites
The center will be split into two sites, one located in the north of Paris and the other in the south-east. The first will be dedicated to isolated men; the second, “to vulnerable groups” – single women or women with children, families.
The center will have several missions. It will serve as a daytime reception, making it possible to study the situation of migrants as they arrive in the capital. Initially, the sites will offer 200 to 400 places, the reception capacity to increase gradually to reach 800 people.
