Ingredients
- 1 doy pack quinoa, tomatoes, Bjorg olives
- 1 fresh goat cheese of 200 gr
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Bjorg olive oil
- 1 brick of Bjorg tomato coulis
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful of arugula leaves
Preperation
- Using a fork, beat the 2 eggs in a deep bowl, add the crumbled fresh goat cheese and the doy pack and mix together.
- Divide among 4 to 6 terrines lightly oiled with olive oil and cook for 25 min at 170 °.
- Unmold on each plate, pour a bead of tomato coulis, sprinkle with cherry tomatoes cut in 2 and arugula leaves.
