30 grams Emmentaler

1 fresh fig

1 teaspoon chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
Cut wholemeal bread in half and top with cheese slices. Cut figs into slices and spread on the bread. Sprinkle with nuts.
Contains 380 mg of calcium.
