Peugeot 2008 (2021). Active and Allure Pack back, end of Business

Peugeot is reorganizing the range of finishes of its 2008 urban SUV, with the replacement of the Business versions by the return of the Active Pack and Allure Pack.

For the start of the school year, Peugeot is redesigning its ranges. Like the 208, the 2008 SUV is affected by the end of the Business variants dedicated to professionals. These are replaced by the return of the Pack versions on the Active and Allure finishes. The urban SUV always starts at 22,700 €.

Like its little sister 208, the Peugeot 2008 is reviewing its range for the start of the school year. The SUV undergoes the same changes, with discontinuation of the Active Business and Allure Business variants dedicated to professionals. These are replaced by the return of the Active Pack and Allure Pack variants, with similar equipment. As a reminder, the Pack versions were temporarily closed in the spring due to the shortage of semiconductors. Despite these changes, prices do not change. The 2008 still starts at € 22,700 with the smallest petrol engine, a 100 hp PureTech three-cylinder.

The price of the optional GPS revised to compensate for the price difference

Like the 208, the price difference between the Business and Pack versions is not very important, and the equipment is almost similar. However, the Pack variants lose the built-in GPS as standard. To compensate, Peugeot has revised the prices of its optional navigation offer. It goes from € 1,000 to € 600 with the 7-inch screen (or € 450 on the electric e-2008) and from € 900 to € 650 for the 10-inch screen.

Thereby, Pack models with GPS option cost the same as equivalent Business models. a 2008 Allure Business started at € 27,800 in the 110 hp diesel version, and its equivalent in the Allure Pack with optional 10-inch navigation now costs € 28,150, or € 350 difference.

On the equipment side, the 2008 Active Pack and Allure Pack are quite similar to the old Business versions. On the Active Pack, the 16-inch alloy wheels and the 2-position modular boot floor come as standard compared to the Business models, while the fog lights become an option at 150 including tax.
