Preperation
- In a frying pan, brown the chopped onion in olive oil.
- Add the diced carrots.
- Once everything is golden brown, add 20 cl of chicken stock.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat (add water if necessary).
- Add, off the heat, the bag of Céréales Gourmandes then 30 cl of hot water.
- Meanwhile, brown the apple quarters in a pan with a little butter. Once caramelized, add the honey and the calvados.
- Heat the cocktail sausages in a boiling saucepan.
- Once the product is rehydrated, incorporate the cocktail sausages with the cooked apples into the preparation and put the preparation back on the heat.
- Serve hot.
