– In a traditional oven, place the cushion in an airtight dish for a maximum of 10 minutes at 90 °
– In the microwave oven at 900 Watts maximum, place the cushion with a cup of water for 2 minutes, turning it every minute
Warning ! Make a few gradual trials to set the correct temperature. Improper use can result in the risk of burns and combustion.
For a cold job
Cold, it will relieve fevers, dental pain, inflamed tonsils, insect bites, migraines or sports trauma.
Place the cushion between 30 minutes and 3 hours in the freezer depending on the intensity of the desired cold.
