We know: to boost their performance, sporty high level need a suitable diet. Francis Agyepong, a former athletics champion (who was a silver medalist at the 1996 European Indoor Athletics Championships) converted to cooking, has just developed a “special sports” menu in his London restaurant.
Concretely, what is on the menu? Lots of good things: a 230 gram beef rib steak, accompanied by mashed Sweet potatoeskale, chopped glasswort, snow peas and broccoli steamed. The idea is to achieve the perfect balance between proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
