Homemade ragout is much tastier and not at all difficult.
Ingredients

150 grams brown rice

400 grams green beans

1 small onion

1 clove of garlic

250 grams (chestnut) mushrooms

50 grams of mixed nuts without salt

1 tablespoon liquid margarine

pepper

1 tablespoon whole wheat flour

2 tablespoons cooking cream light
Preparation
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Clean the green beans and boil them in a little water for about 10 minutes.
- Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion small.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
- Roughly chop the nuts, roast them in a dry frying pan and let them cool.
- Heat the margarine and gently fry the onion and the whole clove of garlic.
- Add 150 milliliters of water.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
- Season the sauce with pepper. Remove the garlic clove.
- Mix the whole wheat flour with the cooking cream to a smooth paste and bind the moisture with it.
- Stir half of the nuts into the ragout and sprinkle over the rest. Add the green beans and rice.
