Ingredients

12 mini peppers

250 ml whipped cream

125 g blue cheese

4 tbsp crème frache

chives
-
pepper

Preparation
- Wash the peppers and cut off the caps.
- If necessary, remove seeds and seed lists.
- Keep the caps.
- Whip the whipped cream.
- Rub the cheese through the sieve and mix with the whipped cream, crème frache and finely chopped chives.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe beautiful rosettes into the hollowed out peppers.
- Put the caps back on – diagonally – and garnish with a sprig of chives.
