Pasta is wrongly called a fattener. Usually the high-calorie cream sauces are the culprit, not the pasta itself. The French diet guru Anne Dufour writes in Het Pastadiet how you can lose weight by eating pasta. For example with this delicious lasagna.
Ingredients
-
10 lasagna sheets
-
4 tomatoes
-
300 grams of low-fat goat cheese (Chavroux type)
-
3 tablespoons olive oil
-
1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
-
freshly ground salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the lasagna sheets according to the directions. Remove them from the pan with tongs or a slotted spoon and let them drain on a clean tea towel. Cut the leaves in half and let the pasta squares cool on an oiled dish (to prevent sticking).
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into tiny cubes. Mix in 1 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper to taste and the finely chopped basil. Mash the goat’s cheese in a deep plate and mix with the remaining oil and some pepper. Place a pasta square on each plate and spread some goat cheese on top.
Place another pasta square on top and spoon some ‘tomato tartare’ on top. Make another double layer and finish with a pasta square. grind there
Add some pepper and keep the lasagna covered in the fridge until ready to use.
Serve as a starter and then eat a piece of fried white fish or chicken breast with haricots verts or stir-fried spinach. Or a meal salad with tuna.
