Disassembled for work that did not take place
It was in 2008 that this Countach was partially dismantled, when its current owner entrusted it to a body and upholstery workshop to redo the paint and restore the interior. The company had to go out of business when work on the car had started, and the car has remained that way ever since. This right-hand drive unit was initially black with black upholstery. According to the seller, no part is missing.

A nugget to restore
This Countach seems to have been neat until dismantling. Acquired in 2000 by its ninth and present owner, it was entitled in 2004 to a refurbishment of its engine, a clutch change and a new exhaust line among other works invoiced over £ 10,000 (approx. € 11,700) by Lamborghini London.
Then, between 2005 and 2006, the chassis and the suspension were renovated. The history of these interventions is documented, as well as that of the various changes of owner since the coupe left the factory.
Produced from 1982 to 1985, the 5000 S is one of the wildest Countach with its V12 boosted to 375 hp and aggressive body kit.
