1 small onion

8 pitted olives

400 grams of new potatoes

1 tablespoon tomato paste

2.5 dl vegetable stock

200 grams of fish fillet

Preparation
1. Clean the onion and peppers.
2. Cut the onion into slivers and the peppers into cubes.
3. Slice the olives.
4. Fry the onion in the oil until translucent.
5. Add the bell pepper, the olives, the baby potatoes, the tomato purée, the kitchen herbs, the capers and the vegetable stock and sauté with a lid on the pan for 12 minutes.
5. Cut the fish into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Add the fish during the last 5 minutes and let it cook.
Delicious with a cucumber salad.
