¦ 20 g of hawthorn (flowering tops)
¦ 20 g of eleutherococcus (roots)
¦ 30 g of angelica (roots)
¦ 30 g of bird’s-foot trefoil (aerial parts)
¦ 30 g of rosemary (leaves)
Pour 1 tablespoon of this mixture in the equivalent of a cup of cold water, boil 2 to 3 minutes, let infuse 10 minutes then filter.
Dosage 2 to 3 cups per day, including one around 5 p.m.

The serene
¦ 25 g of hawthorn (flowers and leaves) ¦ 25 g of verbena (leaves)
¦ 25 g lemon balm (leaves) ¦ 25 g passionflower (flowering stems)
Pour 2 teaspoons of this mixture into 250 ml of simmering water, leave to infuse, covered, for 7 to 8 minutes then strain.
The most aromatic. To accompany with 1/4 to 1 teaspoon of lavender or orange tree honey, with relaxing properties.
Dosage As needed.

¦ 15 g orange tree (leaves) ¦ 15 g lemon balm (leaves)
¦ 10 g lemongrass (leaves) ¦ 10 g hops (cones)
¦ 10 g of angelica (seeds) ¦ 10 g of lavender (flowers)
¦ 10 g lime (bracts) ¦ 10 g wild thyme (leaves) ¦ 10 g basil (leaves)
Pour 1 tablespoon of this mixture in 250 ml of water. Boil 1 minute then let infuse 3 minutes, covered. Filter. The most aromatic. Pour 2 drops of lavender essential oil (real or officinal) on 1/2 sugar or in 1/2 teaspoon of honey then allow to melt. You can also use essential oils of green mandarin, shell marjoram, small grain bigarade or sweet orange.
Dosage 1 cup at the end of the day.
