Ingredients

1 liter vegetable stock

1 potato

1 clove of garlic

1 dried pepper

500 g sliced endive

200 g smoked mackerel fillet

100 ml crème frache
Preparation
Step 1: Peel the potato and cut into pieces.
Step 2: Cut the garlic into pieces.
Step 3: Remove the skin from the mackerel and pluck into pieces.
Step 4: Heat the stock in a pan.
Step 5: add the garlic and tear the dried pepper into pieces.
Step 6: Add the potato.
Step 7: add the endive and half of the mackerel, keep the other half for garnish.
Step 8: Boil the soup for 10 minutes until the potato is cooked.
Step 9: add half of the crème frache and puree the soup.
Step 10: Garnish the soup with the other half of the crème frache and the mackerel.
