Preparation
Peel and chop onions and garlic. Heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion. Add spinach and potato cubes. Add tomatoes, olives, 200 ml water and fish stock and bring to the boil. Cut cod into pieces and add. Garnish with an egg if desired.
