Lemon in all its forms
Lemon would also be effective for some moms. Try it, you never know! As soon as nausea appears, smell a cut lemon or a tissue soaked in 2 drops of essential oil. Another solution: in the morning, on an empty stomach, take a lemon juice with a skin of water, and during the day, quench your thirst with water (still or sparkling) with a few organic lemon wedges.
