2 slices of white bread without crust

20 grams fresh parsley

20 grams fresh basil

1 clove of garlic

2 tablespoons capers (pickled, jar)

1 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

300 grams gnocchi (refrigerated compartment)

100 grams of walnuts
Preparation
Soak the bread in a few spoons of water. Wash the parsley and basil. Clean the garlic clove. Puree with a stick blender or in a food processor the soaked bread with the herbs, garlic, capers, mustard, oil and 2 tablespoons water into a sauce.
Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Roughly chop the walnuts.
Divide the gnocchi among 4 plates. Spoon over the salsa verde and sprinkle over the chopped walnuts. Serve with vegetable tagliatelli.
