We all know those repetitive phrases that we have to type over and over again. ‘With kind regards, Piet Pot’, is one of them. It becomes more difficult when Piet is called ‘Roderick Van Bergen-Henegouwen tot Ottermond’ (but then Piet probably has a private secretary). Over the years, many programs have been created to make it easier to enter these standard texts. The newest in that row is beef text and it is sublime. You create an abbreviation for each standard text, for example ‘mvg’. If you type this, Beeftext will replace that with the full text.
