Or well, Kimoa is the brand name behind the electric bicycle. The brand was founded by Formula 1 driver and two-time world champion Fernando Alonso. The launch of the new brand is over the GP weekend in Miami in a few days.
The electric bicycle consists of a carbon frame. The entire frame comes from a 3D printer. What makes the two-wheeler so special is that the bike should fit you perfectly. The frame is made in collaboration with Arevo.
Thanks to the printer construction, the frames can be completely customized for the rider. They look at the length, leg length and arm length in order to create the ideal bicycle. A total of 500,000 different combinations are possible.
Fernando Alonso’s e-bike has a range of 88 kilometers. Charging the battery takes two hours. Furthermore, Kimoa is all about sustainability in the development and construction of the electric bicycle.
