On June 9, the next stage of deconfinement begins in France. What are the major changes that will take place this Wednesday?
Curfew
As of June 9, the curfew will begin at 11 p.m., compared to 9 p.m. currently. On May 19, it had already gone from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. This measure should, if all health indicators continue to be green, completely disappear on June 30. The exceptional travel certificate therefore remains in force until that date, to travel during the curfew.
Institutions
On the other hand, bars and restaurants will be able to accommodate people inside, in addition to being able to increase their capacity to 100% on their terraces. On the other hand, within the confines of the establishment, the capacity must not exceed 50%. The rule of six people maximum at the table remains mandatory for the moment.
Also, sports structures, such as swimming pools, gymnasiums and sports halls will be able, from June 9, to reopen their doors with a gauge of 50% of their capacity. Regarding shops and markets, the gauge will be 4 m² per person.
Gatherings
As for museums, the gauge during cultural and sporting events will be 4 m² per person. As for exhibitions and fairs, they may reopen if they can accommodate a maximum of 50% of their capacity, with a limit of 5,000 spectators. This rate rises to 65% for outdoor animal parks and outdoor festivals.
Remember that the health pass will be compulsory to go to events bringing together more than 1,000 people.
