Preparation
- Soak the gelatin in cold water. Split the vanilla pod in half, scrape the grains and put them in a saucepan with the milk and agave syrup. Wear to shudders.
- Remove from the heat, add the drained gelatin and mix well with a whisk. Then add the cottage cheese, spoonful by spoonful, whisking well between each addition.
- Divide into ramekins, let cool and place 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
