Preparation
Cook the shells al dente in salted boiling water. Drain and let cool. Rinse and dry the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and then into thin slices. Peel the white radish, cut it into thin slices.
Brown the sesame in a non-stick pan, without letting it darken. Whip the soy cream with the oil, salt and pepper.
Mix the pasta with the vegetables and the sauce, sprinkle with sesame and chopped herbs of your choice. Serve chilled.
