From the kitchen of Yogurt Barn
Ingredients

1 box of frozen cherries

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp cornflour, mixed with some water

Homemade Granola

250 ml Greek yogurt
-
2 large stroopwafels, cut into small pieces
Preparation
- Thaw the cherries in a bowl.
- Roughly chop half of the cherries with a large knife.
- Place the other half of the cherries in a saucepan with the honey and a little water.
- Place the saucepan over a moderate heat and let the cherries slowly come to a boil.
- Once the cherries are boiling, pour in the cornmeal paste.
- Turn off the heat under the cherries when the sauce has thickened.
- Share some Granola between two glasses and then divide the yogurt on top.
- Spoon the warm cherry sauce on the yogurt and sprinkle the pieces of stroopwafel over the warm cherries.
