Would you like something small and tasty with your coffee or tea, without large amounts of sugar? These carrot-date coconut balls are quick to make (10 minutes) and very tasty!
Ingredients

200 grams of dates without pit

150 grams of hazelnuts or almonds

1 teaspoon biscuit spices

25 grams of ground coconut

2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
Preparation
Finely grate 150 grams of winter carrot. Mix this in a food processor to a solid mass with 200 grams of pitted dates, 150 grams of hazelnuts or almonds, 1 teaspoon of biscuit spices, 25 grams of ground coconut and 2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger. Chop 25 grams of nuts very finely. Form about 20 small balls of the date-root mass. Roll a part in the coconut and the rest in the chopped nuts.
