Finally, as with many ailments, physical activity is also very important to prevent bloating. Sport also helps reduce stress and aid digestion. According to’World Health Organization (WHO), adults aged 18-64 should do at least 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75-150 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise per week to be healthy.
