Improving sexual relations and limiting vaginal dryness would be possible thanks to the replacement of periodic tampons by the menstrual cup, according to the results of a survey conducted by the feminine hygiene company Intimina and published in the DailyMail.
This survey was carried out with 1,500 women to understand the link between menstrual protection, comfort and quality of sexual relations.
26% of women surveyed said that their sex life had improved since using the menstrual cup, due to the decrease in their vaginal dryness.
Almost half (46%) of respondents said their sleep has been better since the change. The majority (84%) of women reported feeling more confident during this time. And, 78% of them felt they were more comfortable with their body.
