Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the peppers in the oven for 10 minutes until they are almost blackened. Place the peppers in a container and cover with cling film.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces, mix them together in a bowl with the arugula and the sliced red onion. Finely chop the spring onions and stir them through the crème frache. Add the chili sauce and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel the skins off the peppers and remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into pieces. Add this to the salad as well. Mix the dressing through the salad.
Tip: Cut a few leaves of fresh basil through the salad.
