Something different than a sandwich with ham and cheese.
Ingredients

1/2 avocado

1/2 tomato

1/2 clove of garlic

pepper

4 wholemeal sandwiches

2 slices of 30+ (cumin) cheese
Preparation
- Remove the flesh of the avocado from the skin. Roughly mash the avocado and place in a bowl.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes and mix with the avocado.
- Squeeze the garlic on top. Add pepper to taste and mix well.
- Cover two slices of bread with a slice of cheese and divide the avocado mixture over it.
- Place the other sandwiches on top.
- Bake the sandwiches until golden brown in a contact grill or frying pan. Cut them once.
