The firepower of a cruiser or that of a Boeing?
Seven hundred and seven is a number you usually associate with a Boeing and not an SUV. The torque value of the SUV is 900 Nm (200 Nm more than the base DBX V8) also to cash it in, the 9-speed automatic gearbox adopts a wet-clutch architecture. In order to properly cool the brakes, additional air intakes are appearing. LThe chromes are darkened around the windows as for the slats that bar the doors and the front fenders, while on the roof, the spoiler benefits from an additional lip in order to optimize aerodynamics. At the bottom of the shield, the double diffuser has been significantly enlarged in particular to accommodate the quadruple exhaust outlet as it should.
The most powerful for a while…
Production of the Aston Martin DBX707 will start in the first quarter of 2022 and its marketing will take place, in stride, in the second half. This will give it some time to enjoy its title of most powerful SUV. Before the unimpressed restyled Lamborghini Urus replicates and the long-awaited SUV Ferrari Purosangue whose technical sheet will not fail to be scrutinized.
