Thyme, garlic and tomato give the green beans a Spanish touch.

pinch of thyme

1 clove of garlic

2 tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 potatoes

3 sprigs of parsley

2 slices of bacon

2 thin beer slices

2 tablespoons liquid margarine
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Clean the green beans and boil them in water with the thyme for 10 minutes until just tender.
- Clean the garlic and finely chop the clove.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut the flesh into cubes.
- Cut or cut the bacon into strips.
- Fry the garlic and the bacon strips in the oil until soft.
- Add the tomato pieces and sauté them.
- Wash the parsley and chop it small.
- Drain the green beans and mix in the tomato mixture. Sprinkle the parsley over it.
- Brown the steaks in the hot margarine for 4 minutes.
