Focus on 3 detox foods
- The mushrooms : Rich in polysaccharides, with beneficial effects on the intestinal flora, they are also full of B vitamins.
- Spinach : We choose them organic, to be sure that they are not full of pesticides.
- Oatmeal: They are sources of fiber and protein.
