The benefits of sports

-Maintain the body’s good health, by improving resistance to effort and endurance, while working on coordination, balance and flexibility.
– Take care of your mental health. Sport helps reduce stress and anxiety, and improve the quality of sleep.
-Prevent the development of certain diseases, such as cancers, cardiovascular disorders or type 2 diabetes. Physical activity also reduces the risk of overweight or obesity.

If you like to be outside, do not hesitate to go for a walk, to go for a hike or even to cycle. If you prefer to stay at home, you can simply dance to your favorite tunes, or play video games that have you moving your arms and legs to win your game.
