Zombieland actress Emma Stone’s Malibu villa is up for sale. For a good four million euros this could be your house.
This bizarre villa is for sale on top of a cliff in the chic Malibu enclave of Big Rock. Now Emma Stone still enjoys the view here, but that is about to change. At least for those who still have a sloppy four million lying around, because that is the amount Emma would like to see for this villa built in the late fifties.
Emma Stone villa
The house stands on three acres of land on the coast. The living area is 164 m2 and then you have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In addition, there is a bonus room and art studio where the surface is not included in the total for one reason or another.
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the house is surrounded by eucalyptus and yucca trees and there is a large stone terrace which overlooks the coastline. You have that view over the Pacific Ocean in most rooms of the bright house. And for those who love to cook, the kitchen is huge and modern.
It is not known why Emma Stone’s beach house is going up for sale. At least she won’t be homeless. Mrs. Stone also owns a place in Los Angeles that she bought in 2019 for more than 2.1 million euros and an apartment in Manhattan, New York, which she purchased in 2018 for about 3.4 million euros.
