Ingredients

1 watermelon

lime

five sprigs of mint

a few scoops of low-fat cottage cheese (optional)

a small spoonful of honey (optional)
Preparation
- Cut the melon into pieces and put them in the freezer for an hour.
- Then remove the pieces of fruit from the freezer and put them in the blender.
- Add the juice of one lime and the leaves of four sprigs of mint.
- Blend everything into a smooth, even mixture and divide between four large glasses.
- Garnish with the leaves of the remaining sprig of mint.
- Optionally, you can add a small spoonful of honey or a few scoops of low-fat cottage cheese while mixing.
