That’s how you do that!
How do you make mushroom ragout? It’s very simple. Watch the video.
For 4 persons
Ingredients
1 onion
400 grams of mixed mushrooms
60 grams of butter
60 grams of flour
600 ml stock (from a cube or drawn yourself) (substitute 100 ml with 100 ml white wine if necessary)
Bunch of fresh parsley
Prepare
- Spell and chop 1 onion.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
- Melt 10 grams of the butter and fry the onion in it. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Melt the remaining 50 grams of butter in a heavy-bottomed pan. Stir 60 grams of flour into the melted butter to form a ball. Let it cook for a while.
- Add the stock (with the wine) and whisk in the butter/flour mixture with a whisk. When the sauce has the right thickness, let the sauce boil for a few minutes.
- Stir the mushrooms into the sauce. Season the ragout with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
