
Spicy mackerel salad for bread
Are you crazy about mackerel? This salad is delicious on bread, crackers, rusks or with some lettuce as a salad.

Ingredients
- 1 smoked mackerel
- 1 vine tomato
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small red pepper finely chopped (without seeds)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
Prepare
- Clean the mackerel and divide the fish into small pieces.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes, dice the shallot and cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut the pepper into wafer-thin strips.
- Mix the vegetables, fish and pepper with the parsley and tomato ketchup.
Tip: You can also use 2 mackerel fillets, instead of a whole mackerel.
