The biggest bonus reaches 2000 yuan”, in the case of a very motivated employee who lost 20 kilos in two months, declared this business manager at South China morning post.
Wang Xuebao, who heads a consulting firm in China, had the idea of encouraging his employees to go on a diet, noting that their job as a consultant, too sedentary, pushed them to become overweight. “We must not be satisfied with increasing the turnover, we must also pay attention to health. And the quality of work will suffer.”, he added.
