Have you ever seen the Northern Lights? You no longer have to travel for that. This live camera is on day and night to capture the aurora.
Through the Explore website you can follow the light live. You can admire the light in the evening from early August to about mid-April. The Northern Lights (aurora borealis) are best seen when there is no moon in the sky and it is completely dark. A clear sky and no snow make the image completely sharp.
The camera is strategically positioned at the Churchill Northern Studies Center in Churhill, Manitoba, Canada. on this camera images are best in February, March and April.
