Staff shortages are leading to long waiting times and faltering services in more and more places. The examples are well known: long queues at Schiphol, too few staff in healthcare, the catering industry, public transport, the business community.
In principle, would you have liked to continue working after your retirement or after reaching the state pension age? Then there is now light on the horizon.
