So easy and tasty recipe to make Seaweed tartare

Preparation
- Soak the 3 algae in twice their volume of water for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the seaweed and drain it well.
- Peel the shallots, onion and garlic.
- Place the garlic, onion, shallots, capers and pickles in the food processor and roughly chop them.
- Add the olive and walnut oils, then the rehydrated seaweed.
- Chop everything again for at least 30 seconds.
