Ingredients

1 can or jar of chickpeas

1 teaspoon garlic powder or 4 garlic cloves

50 grams Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 200º Celsius. Rinse the chickpeas, drain and pat dry.
Mix the chickpeas with the olive oil, garlic and cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Make sure the chickpeas are well covered. Spread the chickpeas on the baking tray and bake them for 30 minutes until they are nice and crispy. Turn them over once in a while. Leave them in the oven for another 10 minutes if they are not yet crispy enough. Grate over some extra Parmesan cheese, if desired.
You can store these savory chickpeas in a sealed container for up to 5 days.
