Read to your grandchildren remotely

In many cases, grandparents will see their grandchildren a lot less than usual. The organization of the Reading Coalition has come up with something for this: a campaign to read aloud from a distance. The reading campaign had already started in February as a ‘normal’ campaign, but after the outbreak of the corona virus, the organization decided to make a new version of it.

To support the campaign, well-known Dutch people are recording videos in which they read a piece and give a number of tips to grandparents who see their grandchildren less often. Hans Kazàn, Karin Bloemen and Frits Barend, among others, are recording a video. With all this content, the Reading Coalition is joining a CPNB campaign: #ikleesthuis.
