Ravintsara essential oil: against microbes
In a 15 ml bottle, mix:
- 2 ml of HE ravintsara
- 1 ml of EOeucalyptus removed
- 1 ml of EO niaouli
- 1 ml of EO laurel noble
Top up with vegetable oilAlmond And rub with 1 drop in the lower back, along the spine and on the thorax, 4 to 5 times a day, until improvement.
Saro essential oil: against ENT diseases
General and immune stimulant, the saro is a real antimicrobial weapon. Its name of Malagasy origin, “mandravasarotra”, means “the plant that keeps evil away”. In prevention of ENT diseasesit can be used in friction on the back or in atmospheric diffusion.
The express solution
For an antiviral and antibacterial action, dilute 3 drops of HE of saro or ravintsara in 1 teaspoon ofolive oil and massage your back, chest and wrists. In children under 3 years old, only the arch of the foot will be massaged. The saro is not recommended for the first 3 months of pregnancy.
