Don’t like dry potatoes? Then this pepper gravy is a godsend.
Ingredients
- 500 grams waxy potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons liquid margarine
- ½ tablespoon mild paprika
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 small steaks

Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4-cm pieces.
- Clean and finely chop the onion and bell pepper.
- Fry the onion in 1 tablespoon of margarine until translucent.
- Add the paprika pieces and paprika powder.
- Stir in the potato cubes.
- Add some water and cook the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Clean the cauliflower. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cut the stems into pieces. Boil the cauliflower in a little water for about 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle the meat with pepper and brown it in the rest of the margarine for 4 to 6 minutes.
