Preparation
- Cook the rice according to the directions on the package
- Cut the meat into cubes.
- Heat the oil and brown the meat in it.
- Fry the curry paste until fragrant.
- Pour in 300 milliliters of water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Clean the green beans and cut them into pieces.
- Wash the aubergines and cut them into large pieces.
- Wash the pepper and remove the seeds and pips. Cut the pepper into quarters lengthwise.
- Add the vegetables and pepper to the meat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Season the dish with the lemon juice and coarsely chopped coriander.
