This first version of the Personalized Medical File (DMP) will include data relating to history and allergies, drug prescriptions, results of biology and radiology exams, and consultation and hospitalization reports, depending on the capacity of health professionals and establishments to feed it with data.
Public consultation will be organized until the end of May 2009 on the GIP DMP website (www.dmp.org), to complete the entire recovery plan devoted to DMP and shared health information systems.
The Minister of Health, Roselyne Bachelot, presented the strategic orientations allowing to redefine this project of shared medical file (DMP) on June 23. This file must therefore be personal and shared.
From June 2009, regional projects falling within the announced objectives will be relaunched, within the framework of national project management.
A CPS system (professional health card) will be set up for professionals to access the medical file.
